Scottsdale steel framing technology is developed with both on-site and off-site construction in mind. On-site construction is particularly useful in remote environments, far removed from the nearest LGS framing factory. Off-site construction, on the other hand, is desirable whenever possible as it increases productivity, eliminates errors and risks of virtually all sources, minimizes the impact of inclement weather on construction, and it greatly expedites project completion.
Scotpanel 7090 steel framing machines underpin this exciting luxury hotel project in Mendoza, Argentina. Constructed as a series of private tiny home residence with private access, the entirety of the project was designed using ScotSteel and executed using cold-formed steel 90-mm (3.5-in. profiles) using Scottsdale’s advanced framing automation platform.
