In this particular project, in a remote Alaskan location, the road access to the construction site was limited, but no problem. With cold-formed steel trusses you get about 10 times the strength at one 10th of weight, compared to a competing wood solution, which then makes it possible to airlift the framing members from the access point to the construction site.
