ScotPanel Series
ScotPanel rollformers (5090, 5140, 7063, 7070, 7076, 7090, 7140, 8140 G1/G2) create Cee section profiles for framing walls, roofs, trusses, and more. They process profiles from 63 to 140 mm (2.5 to 5.5 inches) in depth and materials up to 1.5 mm thick, while complying with major global building codes like ICC-ES, IBC, and AS1397.
APPLICATIONS: Residential, light commercial, modular, and industrial projects.
ScotTruss Series
ScotTruss machines (6050, 6075 G1) specialize in producing hat-channel steel trusses for superior span and load capacity. These systems complement ScotPanel and are optimized for large-scale structural needs, while also adhering to global standards like Eurocode 3 and AISI S100.

ScotPanel and ScotTruss Overview

Knudson Framemaker KFS Series
The KFE series includes rollformers for standing seam roof panels and specialized shapes like resilient channels and telescoping frames. The FrameExtend24 (FE24G1) offers innovative solutions for non-structural partitions.
APPLICATIONS: Roof paneling, curtainwall panelizing, resilient channels, and specialized framing profiles.
Knudson Framemaker KFD Series
The KFD 2025G1 rollformer is tailored for non-structural applications, offering track and stud profiles from 40 to 150 mm in depth for drywall and ceiling contractors. It processes materials up to 0.85 mm thick (Ga. 20).

Knudson KFE Series
The KFS series (1218, 1422, 1622 G1) produces structural stud and track profiles (40 to 305 mm in depth, up to 2.8 mm thick). It supports a wide range of framing features like swaging, hole cut-outs, and dimpling, making it ideal for structural applications.
