Mr Parin Jaipanya from Thai Light Gauge Steel Pty Ltd requested our manufacturing team to develop an end bearing system as an additional feature on our Rollformers.
This feature allows the stud to sit flush with the bottom and top track when manufacturing wall frames. This enhancement allows users to fully utilize true stud compressive strength and surpass the current connection capacity limit of studs when running the engineering analysis.
Parin and the team at Thai Light Gauge steel have trialled our end bearing cut blade and dies in a real production environment. This feature has allowed Parin and his team to complete several 4 story building projects completely from light gauge steel.
