There are three types of units:
La Morada Life Tiny House
Located near Hornero Restaurante, these fully equipped units offer 40 m² of interior space and 28 m² of semi-covered terraces. Each unit also includes its own natural hot tub and fire pit.
La Morada Pod Suites
These 2-bedroom units feature 69 m² of interior space, 28 m² of semi-covered terrace, and an 800-m² private lot. They also include a private pool and a fire pit.
La Morada Life Home
Luxurious, light-filled homes are situated on spacious lots. These 3-bedroom houses feature a private pool, high-end finishes, and a large terrace offering stunning views of the majestic Andes mountains. Each home includes 139 m² of interior space, 57 m² of semi-covered terrace, and a 1,250-m² private lot.
Additional Amenities
The complex also boasts tennis and paddle courts, a bike trail, a swimming pool, a playground, and a gourmet restaurant, @hornero.lamorada.
